After taking a series of personality tests by Dr Meredith Belbin and Myers Briggs, my 'team role' fell under 'team worker' and my type was 'INTP'. 'A 'team worker' contribution is co-operative, mild, perceptive and diplomatic. Listens, builds and avoids friction (I can't says that's always true as I like to speak my mind). We provide support and make sure the team is working together. Although we are good at working within a team, we can sometimes be indecisive in crunch situations.' I agree with Belbin's identification, I feel it sums up my personal responsibilities when working within a team. 'INTP' (Introversion characteristics + intuition + thinking + perceiving = 'Logical, original,
creative thinkers').
